Terms of Use
Span, by Dodecki Labs LLC · Last updated 12 July 2026
By downloading or using Span ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your licence
Dodecki Labs LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Span on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, redistribute, or attempt to reverse-engineer the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Purchases
Span is free to download and includes a portion of the game at no cost. The rest can be unlocked with a single one-time in-app purchase. There is no subscription and there are no consumable purchases.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one through reportaproblem.apple.com. Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your devices with "Restore Purchases".
Your content
Bridges and levels you create in Span are yours. They are stored on your device; we do not collect, host, or claim any rights over them. Because they live on your device, they are your responsibility to keep — see the disclaimer below.
Third-party assets
Span includes 3D models licensed from third parties under Creative Commons terms. These are credited in the app under More → Credits, together with their authors and licences.
Disclaimer
Span is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dodecki Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of saved designs or progress. Keep a backup of anything you would be sad to lose.
Span is a game. Its physics simulation is designed to be fun and plausible, not accurate. Do not use it to design, evaluate, or validate a real structure.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
